Sound 音 2023
the image of sound that I felt when I experienced experimental music for the first time at Berlin. The sound melts into the air, and eventually silence is heard.
I am deeply drawn to the momentary and eternal nature of sound and try to capture its eternity through hand embroidery.
During the year-end and New Year, I stayed in the National park Barnim and embroiderying this work.
初めて実験音楽を体感した際に感じた音のイメージ、音は空気に溶け、やがて無音が鳴る、音の瞬間性と永遠性に強く心を惹かれ、手刺繍の永遠性を閉じ込めてみる。
2023年、ドイツのBarnim自然公園の森でこの作品を縫いながら年を明けた。

一瞬の爆発のように荒く、永遠に続く水の流れのように滑らか

The invisible heart,
I want to seize the moment, even I know it’s impossible.
瞬間を昇華し消えて行く、常に形を変えていく煙。
水面の揺れも、葉を抜けて地面に届く木漏れ日も、人間の身体も、目に見えない心も、
一瞬たりとも同じでなく、美しい瞬間は全て消えていく、消えると分かっていても尚/尚更、永遠に留めたい。
