Indigo water may splash, so please wear clothes that can get a little dirty or bring apron.

The fabric is dyed by soaking it in a solution at a temperature of 30–40°C.
The solution is made from powdered indigo plant sediment, fructose sugar, and calcium (food-grade).
Since gloves are worn when soaking the fabric, there is no direct skin contact.

Due to limited space in the workshop space, we ask that only one guardian accompany each child.
The fee for one kid is €30; for two kid’s is €45. Siblings and friends are welcome to participate.

The children’s program focuses primarily on the joy of creating tie-dye Shibori patterns and experiencing the magic of indigo dye’s color transformations.
The adult program focuses more on sharing knowledge aboutnatural dyeing, the culture of Japanese shibori tie-dye, and techniques you can try at home.
You’ll also learn the principles of indigo dyeing in detail and enjoy a hands-on indigo dyeing experience.
