:::Youjin Sung (Gayageum: Korean Zither)Youjin Sung is a gayageum(Korean traditional instrument) player who constantly tries experimental work through collaborations with artists from various fields, both traditional and modern. As a performer, she believes that improvisational music contains the most natural and active aspects of herself, and she usually thinks it is important to spend time thinking about how much she can express her identity.

::Vincent Laju (Shakuhachi, Cello)
Shakuhachi player, Cellist, improviser & composer, he studied and graduated in France where he received "premier prix from conservatoire in Aix en Provence". He has performed in National Centers for Music Creation like GMEM, for festivals and concerts in Europe, Asia, Middle east and US.
Based in Berlin, he collaborates with composers and artists from all discipline, he can be heard from solo to large ensembles such as "Berlin Improvisers Orchestra" and "Grand 8" (Marseille). His graphics and sound work series « Zeilen » is performed and exhibited in France and in Germany.

::Yurika Saito (Live Painting)
Born and raised in the mountains area of Tokyo, Japan. She encountered mountain landscape painting in Canada during her travels, and has been working with nature and art as the theme of her work. She pursues a wide range of possibilities in painting, embroidery, herb dyeing, and performance with the theme of connecting nature and humans.
Finding similarities between the improvised sounds played by musicians and natural phenomena, she began painting with sound in 2023 Berlin.

:::Fumio Okura (Violin, Organization)
Studied Violin, Conducting and Musicology in Tokyo and in Berlin. Further Conducting Study with Prof. Peter Eötvös and also as a Guest Student at Staatsoper Berlin. In parallel with strong interest in Music and Theater he pursues the Sound Possibilities in various styles and with various backgrounds. His project "Hot Cat" tries the Integrated Arts with Experimental Music and Film, Live Painting, Performance or Butoh-Dance.
In 2023 the CD "Your Dramatic Joy" was released 
In 2024 he played in various concerts in Tokyo.


“Hot Cat” is the project of free, flexible arts by Fumio Okura.
Stressing experimentation and improvisation it integrates music from different styles and furthermore the artists from different backgrounds on the Earth,,, like Theater, Film, Live Painting, Soundeffect, Butoh-Dance or Modern Dance, etc. into an Organic Whole.
“Hot Cat” is an open structure which allows each artist to freely contribute his or her ideas to add to the unique texture of the "Hot Cat" performance.
